WORLD HERITAGE, during our Estimation day in Biarritz in the South West of France a notary passed by with this amazing lot. He told us it was already in his possession for a few years from a client, he reacted on our advertisement in the local newspaper. He showed us a few good collections and a accumulation of only better stamps and letters in a small stockbook and on stockcards.
