BELGIUM STARTING 1849, (un)used/never hinged a super collection very specialised starting off with a wide selection of "Epaulettes"and medaillons, not only single stamps but also on covers etc., from 1865 all issues very specialised collected on perfs, colours, cancels etc., with very high and better noted stamps, sometimes more than once, also on covers etc. The better sets of later period like red Cross, Orval, Helmet, Mercier etc., all in multiple there and also on covers etc., further there is a section "Back of the Book" with much material, all in all a fantastic collection with many highlights and a huge catalogue value, housed in 14 binders
