GREECE 1861-1985, (un)used mostly never hinged phenomenal collection starting with a good section Hermesheads with many never hinged items, housed in order of the Vlastos catalogue, specialized on colours, papertypes etc., the later issues very specialized with many varieties etc., also many high noted items or items that are not noted in the catalogue including all Back of the Book, like Airmails, Postage Dues and all other back of the Book. The owner who collected for about 40 years was always trying to get the best possible quality, most of the collection he bought on Greek auctions or from Greek dealers. The catalogue value is around €50.000,=++(catalogue Vlastos 2003) but should be higher now, also because there is much never hinged old material what is very scarce. This collection is ideal to continue collecting this interesting country. Nicely housed on selfmade pages, in 2 Schaubek binders
