WORLD MOSTLY ENGLISH COLONIES SPECIMEN 1910-1950, unused fantastic collection of mostly Specimen overprints. This collection comes from the Postal Museum of Djibouti. It was offered by the printer as a gift to the Post and now for sale in our auction. The collection has about 3000 stamps and sets with Specimen overprints or imprints from mostly English Colonies, but there are also many other Countries like China etc. Most of the stamps are ungummed because of the heat in Africa to preserve them from staining. When a Country didn't have stamps with Specimen they gave a stamps without Specimen overprint. This is a unique collection with an enormous catalogue value, never offered like this, a once in a lifetime opportunity to obtain a collection like this.
