BULGARIA 1937-1939, King Biris III, special Souvenir sheets (so-called Ministerblocks), one block with one 2 Leva stamp and one block with four 2 Leva stamps in various colors, both never hinged, almost fine, only 20 blocks known!! Also sheet from 1939 Birthday of Crown Prince Simeon, never hinged, very fine, only 50 pieces known. So in total 3 extremely rare blocks which are seldom offered, all from the collection of Nikolai Petrov Nikolaev(Bulgarian Minister of the Interior), in folder
