FISCAL STAMPS EXCEPTIONAL COLLECTION, in France just a few kilometres from the Spanish border we picked up this exceptional collection of Fiscal stamps. We were really amazed when we saw this box full of this popular material. The owner bought this everywhere in France and has tried to make it into a collection only he didn't know where to start so he sorted things out but never made a collection of it. He counted it all apart from the USA part because this is the largest part in the lot. There are approx. 25.000 different Fiscal stamps plus the USA part of approx. 10.000 stamps, so in total approx. 35.000 different stamps with very good and rare items in it.
