RUSSIAN COMPLETE HERITAGE STARTING 1857, (un)used/never hinged collection. In Bilancourt (near Paris) we picked up this fabulous heritage from the heirs of an old collector who died. He left for France after the War and lived there all his life after. His children, typical French people, didn't want his collection so gave it to us as consignment for this auction with a request to sell as one lot for every price. So now here it is. The collection contains a main collection, somewhat specialised collected and many extras, but also very good "Back of the Book" with strong Occupation, Zemstwo etc., the main collection is housed in 6 Yvert albums and the extras in 15 mostly stockbooks, there is a huge amount of value inside, and we expect a much higher hammer price as this, the collection and extras must be viewed with the highest attention because there are many highlights, in 3 boxes
